While our Upper Fairfield County Federation is a community of communities, we are also a vast library of stories and a vibrant garden with interconnected roots.  This year, with the coordination and leadership of our Federation, many of those communities – congregations, organizations, and others – have joined together to create Common Threads, a year-long project to explore our diverse ancestry and heritage and how it weaves together into our strong and integrated Upper Fairfield County community.

Click the links above to learn about the Common Threads program schedule, the opportunity for DNA testing, ancestry research resources, and our Community Read, The Weight of Ink. Plus, don't miss our community ancestry stories (or share your own) on our Common Threads blog.
