The overriding success of Merkaz is a result of our community’s partnership in developing teens who exhibit strong character, Jewish identity, leadership skills, and the desire to make a difference. Merkaz relies on the generous support of our parents, community, and donors to sustain and enrich its excellent program.
Merkaz also encourages support of our Annual Campaign. Suggested giving levels annually are: $100, $180, $360, $500, $1000, $3600, $5000.

Scholarships
Shelley Kreiger Scholarship Fund for Jewish Education
Created in recognition of the unwavering and passionate dedication Shelley Kreiger has shown towards the advancement of Jewish education and most notably as Head of School from 2016-2021. This scholarship has been established in Shelley's honor to provide financial assistance to Merkaz students ensuring that all youth have access to quality Jewish education. Click here to donate
David Goby Scholarship Award
Presented to a senior who exhibits leadership skills and contributes to the quality of the Merkaz learning experience. The student is actively involved in Merkaz activities that have had a significant impact on his or her life and Jewish identity. Click here to donate
Marjorie B. Krubiner Tikkun Olam Award
Presented to a senior who has shown leadership and has made a difference in the lives of others through political activism, raising and developing social awareness and action, and/or developing community or global Tikkun Olam projects. The student has shown continuing dedication to Tikkun Olam in the future. Click here to donate
