Federation's 3rd annual Southern Connecticut Jewish Food Festival
is scheduled for Sunday, May 19 from 2-6 PM at Temple Israel in Westport. This year, the festival theme will be a celebration of foods representing our diverse Jewish heritage. To whet your appetite, we are excited to curate this blog of family recipes from our wonderful community-members' ancestry. Please enjoy reading (and cooking)! To submit a post, please email your recipe, at least one photo, and, if possible, a brief explanation of how the recipe was passed from generation to generation or the role this recipe played in your family.
