2018 Hurricane Relief

The 2018 hurricane season is upon us, with Hurricane Florence taking its toll on the Carolinas and beyond; and, if the past is any indicator, there will be more to come.

When communities are suffering and in need of immediate relief and long-term rebuilding, our Jewish community has been there, whether for our Jewish family just down the coast or those of very different backgrounds across the world.

Our Federation is providing two different opportunities for those who wish to provide financial support for communities and families in need of assistance this hurricane season.

Should you wish to provide support primarily to Jewish organizations in hurricane-affected communities, we suggest contributing to the Jewish Federations of North America Hurricane Relief Fund, which can be accessed by clicking below:

Should you prefer that your contribution support all those in need, we suggest contributing to Stamford-based Americares Hurricane Disaster Relief Fund, which can be accessed by clicking below:

However you choose to make a difference, whether by contributing funds through either of these options or seeking other opportunities to help those in need, we ask you to consider how you can make a life-changing difference during this time of vulnerability for so many.

We are proud of the impact that our community makes for so many in need.

Thank you.
