High Holiday Wisdom from Our Community Rabbis

In a year in which so many of our community congregations held virtual High Holiday services, and in which so many powerful sermons were streamed online, our Federation is sharing a sampling of the incredible wisdom of our wonderful contingent of Upper Fairfield County Jewish leaders.

We reached out to all of our community rabbis, asking if they would share a recording of one of their High Holiday sermons. For those clergy-members and leaders whose congregations understandably did not stream or record their sermons, we offered the opportunity to record their sermons at a time without restrictions on the use of technology. Some were happy to share. Others, for reasons we respect and honor, responded that it is their practice to keep their sermons private to their own congregants.

We hope you will watch and find inspiration in these moving words.
